2011 - An enormous, ornate, 1520’s Astronomical Clock is in city center of Rouen, Normandy. The Gros Horloge, is in the old Wool Market area.   There are many symbols on the clock: a sun, shepherd hat, sheep, wool, antiques, faces of moons, and a series of Chariots of Triumphs & Gods changing daily, representing each week day.  The clock represents the economic power in old Rouen.  travel with us through Normandy
